Michael J. Fox has been named one of 18 "Top Leaders" in America for 2007 in an annual list compiled by U.S. News & World Report and the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard University.

11/11/2007 Andy Grove Calls for 'Cultural Revolution' in Biomedical Research

Andrew S. Grove, co-founder of computer chip company Intel, spoke at the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience on Sunday, November 4, arguing that the biomedical research enterprise needs a “cultural revolution."  Finding cures for disease, Mr. Grove said, will require different attitudes toward failed experiments, and a major rebalancing of research spending.
