MJFF Patient Council member Larry Gifford, diagnosed with PD in 2017, hosts the inspiring, engaging and honest podcast “When Life Gives You Parkinson’s.” Through laughter and tears, Gifford and his family have opened their lives to the listeners and introduce us to how they and others in the Parkinson’s community are dealing with the symptoms and progression of the disease.   

You, Me, and PD is a unique conversation between Jeremy Likness who was diagnosed with young-onset Parkinson's Disease in early 2020, and his caregiver and wife, Doreen. They host candid conversations about living with Parkinson's Disease, share stories and tips, and discuss the physical and emotional impact of the diagnosis.

Elizabeth Larsen, Team Fox member and host of the "Drive Away Parkinson's" golf fundraiser, gives a candid look at Parkinson's disease from a patient's point of view. A portion of proceeds from sales benefits The Michael J. Fox Foundation.

In 2014, The Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson Foundation formed a collaborative research alliance with MJFF and established The Bachmann-Strauss Prize for Excellence in Dystonia Research to broaden public awareness and recognize key scientific discoveries in dystonia.

Every Step Is a Gift: Caregiving, Endurance, and the Path to Gratitude explores Josh Lasky’s eleven-year journey as a caregiver to his father who battled Parkinson’s Disease. Josh was just twenty-one when he took on this Herculean responsibility, and although his story is unique, it is also universal.
