Edward Kalikow joined the Board of Directors of The Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2011. He has been an active organizer and participant in the Foundation's Breaking PARkinson's fundraiser and he is a major supporter of Parkinson's research, having served as Board Member and Treasurer of the National Parkinson's Foundation and the Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
Mr. Kalikow leads a third-generation, family-run, multi-dimensional real estate firm headquartered in Westbury, NY. His business affiliations include membership/leadership positions with Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, Realty Advisory Board and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Kalikow has served as a Board Member of the Children's Medical Fund of Schneider's Children's Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center since 1978. He also serves as a Planning Board Member for the Village of Old Westbury.
Kalikow received a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University School of Management in 1975. He graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1978 and was admitted to New York State Bar in 1979.
