
Julie was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2018 and has been committed to finding ways to advance research that will slow, stop or reverse the progression of Parkinson's disease.
Julie spent 30 years in the investment management industry, including 20 years at HarbourVest Partners. Diagnosed in 2018, she chose to retire in 2000 to focus on her health and her family, as well as finding ways to help advance research into slowing, stopping or reversing the progression of Parkinson’s disease.
Julie is a member of the Advisory Board for the Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases. Additionally, she has participated in several observational trials at Mass General Brigham and on the Patient Advisory Boards of biotech companies focused on Parkinson's.
Julie and her husband, Rob, reside in Boston. They are the parents of twin girls, Michaela and Isabelle.
