Whether the celebration is for Chanukah or Christmas, Tracy Pollan and Michael J. Fox keep family — and cooking — at the center of their holiday season.  In this month’s special holiday issue of People Magazine, the family reflects on their traditions and what they’re passing down to the next generation. For Tracy, cooking has always been a group activity shared with her sisters Lori and Dana, and their mother Corky.

“Everybody has their role,” says Tracy in the article, which goes on to share Michael’s role in the kitchen: “I basically stay out of the way,” he jokes. “These guys are hard-core pros in the kitchen. I get the chairs out — and I snatch bits of turkey. I’m the turkey burglar.”
