Research Partnerships Officer (New York City)
The Research Partnerships Officer position offers a unique opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager to support multiple research initiatives focused on MJFF's clinical data and biosample resources. Through involvement in a wide range of strategic and operational activities -- including both short-term and long-term project development, project execution, strategic meetings, grant contracting and award management, and communication with external advisors and applicants -- the Research Partnerships Officer will work closely with internal business strategists and scientific project managers to ensure MJFF's project goals are achieved in an aggressive manner.
Grants Management Officer (New York City)
The Grants Management Officer role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager to support multiple research initiatives focused on MJFF's sponsored observational cohort studies, including the landmark Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI). Through involvement in a wide-range of strategic and operational activities -- including both short-term and long-term project management, grant contracting, communication with clinical site teams, and clinical study recruitment and retention implementation -- the Grants Management Officer will work closely with internal business strategists and scientific project managers to ensure MJFF's project goals are achieved in an aggressive manner.
Associate Director of Public Policy (Washington, DC)
MJFF takes a holistic approach to investing in PD research, providing both intellectual and financial capital to accelerate drug development. As part of this strategy, the Foundation is seeking to build its activities in the public policy arena supporting efforts to increase research funding and initiatives to support optimal access to care for patients and caregivers.
This position will play a critical role in the strategic development and implementation of MJFF's policy agenda at the federal level focused on healthcare access and quality of care or science and health research-related issues. It requires the ability to closely work with internal colleagues (based in both New York City and Washington, DC), members of the patient and scientific community, and government stakeholders -- as well as the ability to develop and manage team priority projects, inserting strategic input and oversight. The Associate Director of Public Policy will report to the Senior Vice President of Public Policy.
IT Associate (New York City)
The Foundation is seeking a qualified VMWare Administrator and a Cisco Administrator to maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. You will also "train" users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure.
