The Pink Sheet recently published an article on research relationships and initiatives being formed by disease foundations and highlighted the work of The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF). Skip Irving, an MJFF board member, spoke to The Pink Sheet about the work of the Foundation and the importance of these projects and partnerships to push forward research. MJFF’s partnership with Sanofi, funding for Civitas Therapeutics and launch of Fox Trial Finder are all mentioned as examples of innovative ways the Foundation has become a key player in the industry field. “We’re not trying to tell the academic researchers or companies what to do,” Irving explained, “Our best situation is when they’re really knowledgeable … and we can just provide enabling support.” Read the full article here.
