The Team Fox Young Professionals (YPs) of New York City will host their first annual Fall Gala—A Foxy Affair—at the Salon Room at Hudson Terrace on Friday, November 9th from 8-12AM. Building upon the sold-out success of their highly acclaimed Sunday Funday event this past April, the Team Fox YPs are excited to host a more intimate crowd for a formal evening of live music, DJ, open bar, unlimited hors d’oeuvres and a cupcake buffet in support of Team Fox and Parkinson’s research.
Loren Berger, Chair of the NYC YPs says, “After the success of our Sunday Funday events, we thought there was a great opportunity among the YP set to get dressed up, kick off the holiday season and celebrate our accomplishments of this year, all while raising money and awareness for Parkinson's research.”
The YPs are a group of proactive young professionals in the New York metropolitan area who have dedicated their time, interests, and talents towards helping to support the work of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Through an annual Sunday Funday event held each spring combined with a wide variety of other fundraisers throughout the year, the YPs strive to provide the young professional community with fun and engaging events to enjoy with their friends and colleagues while supporting a great cause. By joining together to raise both awareness and funds for Parkinson's research, they have successfully raised over $50,000 in just 3 short years-- and amount that they are both committed and eager to continue building upon in the coming years.
