This position manages email inbox, calendar, travel arrangements (domestic/international, personal/business) and general administrative & project management support for our Chief Development Officer (CDO).

This role is responsible for ensuring that user needs for access to and sharing of organization knowledge, know-how, information and experience are met effectively and efficiently.

This role focuses on assisting in the business processes of MJFF’s Research Operations department, defining and delivering strategic and tactical project management and operational expertise to support a variety of operational projects.

This position contributes to the development and execution of communications materials that support our research initiatives, with a particular focus on the recruitment and retention of study participants.

This role is key to cultivating partnerships and developing programs designed to increase the Foundation’s engagement with new and existing partners.
