MJFF performed extensive phenotyping of the aSyn KO and humanized A53T aSyn KI rats that were generated through the MJFF Research Tools Program. Assessments were made at multiple timepoints and include behavior, synuclein expression and phosphorylation, neuroinflammation, and nigrostriatal system degeneration.
