  • Mouse/Human Total Alpha-Synuclein Assay*

AlphaLISA® SureFire® Ultra™  immunoassay kit for detection of Human and Mouse total alpha-synuclein.

  • Mouse/Human pS129 Alpha-Synuclein Assay*

AlphaLISA® SureFire® Ultra™  immunoassay kit for detection of Human and Mouse alpha-synuclein phosphorylated at S129 (pS129 aSyn).

  • Alpha-Synuclein Antibody

Mouse anti-alpha-synuclein antibody that has undergone Fc species switching to develop mouse reagents from the original rabbit antibody (MJFR1). The new chimeric antibody is approved for immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry and can be detected using Fc-specific secondary antibodies to mouse IgG.

  • Total Rab 10 Antibody

Mouse anti-Rab10 antibody that has undergone Fc species switching to develop mouse reagents from the original rabbit antibody (MJF-R23). The new chimeric antibody is approved for immunoblotting, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation and can be detected using Fc-specific secondary antibodies to mouse IgG.

  • Alpha-Synuclein Preformed Fibril Protein*

Aggregated alpha-synuclein protein intended for use in synuclein seeding experiments.

  • AAV Scrambled Control 3xmiR/GFP Plasmid

Viral transgene plasmid used in the AAV scrambled control 3xmiR/GFP viral vector available through Charles River Labs (see viral vector section). This plasmid is available to non-profit groups only. RRID:Addgene_194249

  • SNCA Triplication iPSC line set*

iPSC line derived from a patient with the SNCA triplication mutation. Corrected lines with normal SNCA expression levels and TdTomato reporter KI versions of the lines will also be available. These lines were generated and kindly deposited by Vik Khurana into the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.

    Expected Availability: Mid 2024

  • LRRK2 N2081D KI Mouse*

Mice with the N2081D mutation in LRRK2. Model was generated and deposited by Dr Zhenyu Yue at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.

    Estimated Availability: Late 2024
