  • Ubiquitin pS65 Phosphospecific Antibody (WB/ICC/ELISA)

Rat anti-pS65 Ubiquitin antibody that has undergone Fc species switching to develop rat reagents from the original rabbit antibody (30H3/30K1). The new chimeric antibody is approved for immunoblotting, immunocytochemistry, and immunoassay, and can be detected using Fc-specific secondary antibodies to rat IgG.

  • Ubiquitin pS65 Phosphospecific Antibody (IHC)

Rat anti-pS65 Ubiquitin antibody that has undergone Fc species switching to develop rat reagents from the original rabbit antibody (41H1/41K3). The new chimeric antibody is approved for immunohistochemistry and can be detected using Fc-specific secondary antibodies to rat IgG.

  • Alpha Synuclein Gene Replacement E46K (SNCA-GR*E46K) Mouse*

Knock-in/knock-out gene replacement model with mouse genomic regions from Snca exchanged for 158 kb of the human SNCA genomic region including the E46K mutation. Model was donated by Dr. Michael Koob at University of Minnesota, and made available through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. RRID:IMSR_JAX:039168

  • Alpha Synuclein Gene Replacement A53T (SNCA-GR*A53T) Mouse*

Knock-in/knock-out gene replacement model with mouse genomic regions from Snca exchanged for 158 kb of the human SNCA genomic region including the A53T mutation. Model was donated by Dr. Michael Koob at University of Minnesota, and made available through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. RRID:IMSR_JAX:039167

  • Alpha Synuclein Gene Replacement WT (SNCA-GR WT) Mouse*

Knock-in/knock-out gene replacement model with mouse genomic regions from Snca exchanged for 158 kb of the human SNCA genomic region. Model was donated by Dr. Michael Koob at University of Minnesota, and made available through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. RRID:IMSR_JAX:039166

  • PDGFβ-Human Alpha Synuclein (Line D) Mouse*

Mice express wildtype human alpha synuclein cDNA driven by the platelet derived growth factor, β polypeptide (PDGFB) promoter. Model was developed by Eliezer Masliah and deposited by Robert Rissman at University of California San Diego, and made available through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. RRID:IMSR_JAX:038774

  • Ubiquitin pS65 Phosphospecific Antibody (IHC)

Rabbit monoclonal phosphospecific antibody directed against Serine65 of ubiquitin. Suitable for immunohistochemistry applications.

  • iNDI-PD iPSCs

iPSC Neurodegeneration Initiative for Parkinson’s Disease (iNDI-PD) lines are available at JAX. These lines were developed in partnership with NIH, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and Aligning Science Across Parkinson's (ASAP) to include iPSC lines expressing PD-associated mutations in SCNA, LRRK2, GBA, PINK1 and PRKN as well as mutation-corrected isogenic revertant controls. An inventory of available lines can be found here: https://www.jax.org/jax-mice-and-services/ipsc/cells-collection
