Human GCase Antibody
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against human GCase for immunostaining applications. Antibody generation failed.
RILPL1 Antibody
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against total rodent/human RILPL1 protein. Suitable for immunoblot, immunoprecipitation, and immunocytochemistry experiments.
SNCA Multiplication iPSC Lines*
Human iPS Cell
Isogenic iPSC lines harboring a triplication , duplication, single copy, or KO of the SNCA gene derived from a patient with the triplication mutation. These lines were generated and kindly deposited by Birgitt Schuele at Stanford University into the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.
Total DJ-1 Antibody
Antibody
Mouse monoclonal antibody directed against full length DJ-1. Ideal for use in immunoblotting or immunoassays.
Mouse Alpha-Synuclein Plasmid for PFFs
DNA Plasmids
Plasmid used for bacterial expression of mouse monomeric alpha-synuclein for the PFF-compatible protein distributed by Proteos (see Protein section). RRID:Addgene_89075
Rab 12 Antibody (WB)
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against human/mouse Rab 12. Suitable for use in western blotting.
Parkin K161N KI Mouse*
Mouse Model
Mice with the K161N mutation in Parkin. Model was generated and deposited by Dr David Komander at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.
Estimated Availability: Late 2024
Parkin R275W KI Mouse*
Mouse Model
Mice with the R275W mutation in Parkin. Model was generated and deposited by Dr David Komander at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.
Estimated Availability: Late 2024
Total Rab 10 Antibody
Antibody
Mouse anti-Rab10 antibody that has undergone Fc species switching to develop mouse reagents from the original rabbit antibody (MJF-R23). The new chimeric antibody is approved for immunoblotting, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation and can be detected using Fc-specific secondary antibodies to mouse IgG.
