  • Alpha-Synuclein
Rab 10 pT73 Phosphospecific Antibody
Antibody
Mouse anti-pT73 Rab10 antibody that has undergone Fc species switching to develop mouse reagents from the original rabbit antibody (MJF-R21). The new chimeric antibody is approved for immunoblotting and immunocytochemistry and can be detected using Fc-specific secondary antibodies to mouse IgG.
  • Rab
Rab 10 pT73 Phosphospecific Antibody
Antibody
Mouse anti-pT73 Rab10 antibody that has undergone Fc species switching to develop mouse reagents from the original rabbit antibody (MJF-R21-22-5). The new chimeric antibody is approved for immunoblotting and immunocytochemistry and can be detected using Fc-specific secondary antibodies to mouse IgG.
  • Rab
Rab 12 pS106 Phosphospecific Antibody
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against human/mouse Rab12 phospho-S106 for immunoprecipitation and immunostaining applications.  Estimated Availability: Early 2025
  • Rab
LRRK2 pT2483 Phosphospecific Antibody
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal phosphospecific antibody directed against Threonine 2483 of LRRK2.
  • LRRK2
Thy-1 Wild Type Human Alpha-Synuclein Mouse (Line 61)*
Mouse Model
Transgenic mice expressing wild type human alpha-synuclein cDNA driven by the mouse Thy1 promoter. Model was developed by Eliezer Masliah and deposited by Robert Rissman at University of California San Diego, and made available through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. RRID:IMSR_JAX:038796
  • Alpha-Synuclein
PDGFβ-Human Alpha Synuclein (Line D) Mouse*
Mouse Model
Mice express wildtype human alpha synuclein cDNA driven by the platelet derived growth factor, β polypeptide (PDGFB) promoter. Model was developed by Eliezer Masliah and deposited by Robert Rissman at University of California San Diego, and made available through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. RRID:IMSR_JAX:038774
  • Alpha-Synuclein
Mouse Alpha-Synuclein Monomer Protein for Making Pre-Formed Fibrils
Protein
Full-length mouse alpha-synuclein monomeric protein specially formulated to generate pre-formed fibrils. Please note, we recommend this protein for in vitro studies but not for in vivo experiments (the protein is validated for pS129 alpha-synuclein pathology in vitro but in vivo validation failed as robust pS129 alpha-synuclein pathology was not observed). These highly pure proteins are recommended for biochemical studies and can be used to form fibrils, but these fibrils have been found to lack seeding activity. Note: A protocol for generating pre-formed fibrils from this monomeric protein will be included with each order.
  • Alpha-Synuclein
S69R Rab32 KI Mouse
Mouse Model
CRISPR/Cas9 genome targeting strategy to knockin S69R point mutation in the endogenous mouse Rab32 gene (corresponds to the S71R mutation in human Rab32).   Estimated Availability: Early 2025
  • Rab
Rab 10 Protein
Protein
Rab10 semi-synthetic phosphomimetic protein fragment (AA66-181) generated by native chemical ligation of recombinant peptides. To be used as a control with the pT73 Rab1o protein.
  • Rab
