-
LRRK2 T1348N Mouse
Mice expressing the T1348N mutant (GTPase-dead) form of LRRK2. RRID:IMSR_JAX:021829
-
Alpha-Synuclein KO Mouse
Homozygous knockout of alpha-synuclein created by deletion of SNCA exons 1-4 in the C57BL/6N mouse strain. RRID:IMSR_JAX:016123
-
Alpha-Synuclein pS129 Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal phosphospecific antibody directed against Serine 129 of alpha-synuclein.
-
Lentiviral LRRK2 (G2019S/D1994A)
Lentiviral vector expressing LRRK2 mutated at residues G2019S and D1994A. Lentiviral eGFP available as a control in Reporter section.
Please note: This viral vector is not intended for in vivo use.
-
LRRK2 Antibody (MJFF4)
Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against wild-type LRRK2. The antibody was mapped to the LRR domain of LRRK2 (AA 1035-1239).
-
Thy-1 Wild Type Human Alpha-Synuclein Mouse (Line 61)*
Transgenic mice expressing wild type human alpha-synuclein cDNA driven by the mouse Thy1 promoter. Model was developed by Eliezer Masliah and deposited by Robert Rissman at University of California San Diego, and made available through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. RRID:IMSR_JAX:038796
-
Alpha-Synuclein Filament Protein
Full-Length human alpha-synuclein protein expressed in vitro and manipulated to form alpha-synuclein filaments.
Note: This filament version of alpha-synuclein was used as antigen for the MJF-14 conformation-specific rabbit monoclonal alpha-synuclein filament-specific antibody which is available at Abcam. This protein is not intended for use as a pre-formed fibril for seeding alpha-synuclein pathology in vivo or in vitro. For protein to use in an alpha-synuclein pre-formed fibril model please use the "Human alpha-synuclein monomer protein for making pre-formed fibrils" available from Proteos.
-
EIF4G1 R1207H Mouse
Mice expressing the R1207H mutant form of EIF4G1. RRID:IMSR_JAX:021827
