Kirsten Scott, MD, is a clinical research fellow at the University of Cambridge. Dr. Scott completed her medical training at King's College London along with an academic foundation program (i.e., internship combining research and clinical practice) on the epidemiology and genetics of amyotropic lateral sclerosis. She began her residency at Cambridge studying general medicine and neurology. Dr. Scott is currently completing a doctorate at Cambridge funded by a Wellcome Trust fellowship, where her research focuses on inflammation and the role of B lymphocytes in Parkinson's disease.
