Lakshmi Arbatti, MS, has been the Chief Data Scientist at Grey Matter Technologies Inc. (GMT) since March 2017. She is an outcome-oriented leader with over two decades in the technology and healthcare industry space at multinational corporations including IBM. Her focus areas include data science and product development. Arbatti brings to bear her background in Computer Science and Engineering combined with Master’s in Health Data Analytics. She has been instrumental in creating an analytic data set now publicly available via the FoxDEN analytic platform to researchers worldwide.

Arbatti won the Dean’s Honor Medal for Professionalism and Outstanding scholarship while at University of San Francisco. In addition, she won awards for posters and presented GMT's point of view on Parkinson’s disease data analysis and insights at several industry symposia. During her stint at IBM, she led large teams and won several awards including IBM's coveted CFO award for delivery excellence.
