Mr. Riddle is a senior scientist and at the Invitrogen Discovery Sciences site in Madison, WI. Mr. Riddle received a BS degree in biochemistry from the University of Nebraksa-Lincoln and an MS degree in biochemistry from the University of Iowa.  Mr. Riddle’s group is responsible for biochemical assay development and expanding Invitrogen’s portfolio of active, recombinant kinase proteins, which now encompasses the majority of the human kinome. In addition, Mr. Riddle’s group developed the first commercially available HTS-compatible assay for LRRK2 kinase activity.
