  • LRRK2 pT1357 Phosphospecific Antibody

Rabbit monoclonal phosphospecific antibody directed against Threonine1357 of LRRK2. Antibody is suitable for immunoblotting application after immunoprecipitating for LRRK2.

  • Total Parkin Antibody

Monoclonal mouse antibody directed against human Parkin. Suitable for immunoblot experiments.

  • Total PINK1 Antibody

Monoclonal antibody directed against human total PINK1. Suitable for immunoblotting experiments. The antibody was mapped to AA 188-194 with some cross-reaction to AA287-301.

  • pS65 Parkin Antibody (WB/ICC)

Rabbit monoclonal phosphospecific antibody directed against Serine65 of Parkin. Compatible with immunoblotting and immunocytochemistry applications.

  • AAV1/2-CAG-Scrambled Control 3xSCRmiR/GFP

CNS optimized viral vector (AAV1/2 pseudotype) encoding GFP and a scrambled control 3XmiR. To be used as a control vector with Mouse SNCA 3xmiR/GFP and Human SNCA 3xmiR/GFP. AAV 3xSCRmiR/GFP plasmid is available in the Plasmid section.

Generated as part of the Industry Tools Consortium.

  • Mouse Alpha-Synuclein Monomer Protein for Making Pre-Formed Fibrils

Full-length mouse alpha-synuclein monomeric protein specially formulated to generate pre-formed fibrils. Please note, we recommend this protein for in vitro studies but not for in vivo experiments (the protein as validated for pS129 alpha-synuclein pathology in vitro but in vivo validation failed as robust pS129 alpha-synuclein pathology was not observed).

Note: A protocol for generating pre-formed fibrils from this monomeric protein will be included with each order.

*Discontinued for fibrils lack of seeding activity.

  • Parkin W402A KI Mouse

CRISPR/Cas9 generated mice carrying the Park2, Parkinson disease (autosomal recessive, juvenile) 2, parkin, W402A point mutation in exon 11.

Generated as part of the Industry Tools Consortium. RRID:IMSR_JAX:029317

  • GBA D409V Knockin x Thy1-Alpha-Synuclein Mouse

Transgenic mice resulting from the cross between transgenic mice overexpressing the D409V mutant form of GBA (homozygous) and transgenic mice overexpressing wild type human alpha-synuclein directed by the murine Thy-1 promoter (hemizygous).

Generated as part of the Industry Tools Consortium. RRID:IMSR_JAX:029124
