  • pT73 Rab 10 Protein

Phospho-T73 Rab10 semi-synthetic phosphomimetic protein fragment (AA66-181) generated by native chemical ligation of recombinant peptides.

    Estimated Availability: Late 2024

  • Rab 10 ELISA*

ELISA kit designed for the quantitative measurement of Rab10 protein in human, mouse and rat cell and tissue extract samples.

  • Rab 8A ELISA*

ELISA kit designed for the quantitative measurement of Rab8A protein in human cell and tissue extract samples.

  • AAV1/2-CAG-A53T Alpha-Synuclein

Viral Vector (AAV1/2 serotype) encoding alpha-synuclein with the A53T mutation. AAV1/2 empty vector available as a control in Reporter section and the AAV-CAG-A53T alpha-synuclein plasmid is available in the Plasmid section.

  • AAV1/2-CAG-empty vector

Viral Vector (AAV1/2 serotype) to serve as a control vector for the AAV1/2-CAG-A53T aSyn viral vector. The AAV-CAG-empty vector plasmid is also available in the Plasmid section.

  • Ubiquitinated-K266 VDAC1 Antibody

Monoclonal antibody directed against ubiquitinated-K266 VDAC1. Please note: The antibody will not be made available as QC/QA of the antibody showed a lack of adequate sensitivity. Email tools@michaeljfox.org with questions or for more information.

  • Rab 29 Overexpression Mouse

C57BL/6NTac mice constitutively over-expressing the wild type mouse Rab29 gene directed by the PGK promoter inserted via targeted mutagenesis in the ROSA26 locus.

  • LRRK2 Antibody (MJFF5)

Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against wild-type LRRK2. The antibody was mapped to the LRR domain of LRRK2 (AA 1035-1239).
